Promotion to Development DBA |

I've changed department in Transcom, promoting to a new position: Development DBA. My duties will be: - Fully manage all development and testing databases related to LanceNG.
- Logical and physical database design.
- Support infrastructure department with requirements to ensure stable backup and restore activities.
- Support developers with SQL efficiency and performance.
- Responsible for SQL Server 2005 monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Responsible for ETL design, implementation and support. SSIS, T-SQL and VB.NET.
- Provide support by being available on call out of office hours in case of outage in production.
