New project added to the "University" section: a FTP client and server, text interface implemented in Ciao Prolog, functional programming language.

This application written in Ciao Prolog implements a FTP server and client. Both of them can be run on any operative system due to the multiplatform ability of Ciao. Apart from the development of the main application, we performed a presentation about sockets on Ciao. I worked in a team with my classmates Gonzalo Tirado and Carlos Ríos.
